This program is intended to support an emerging curator looking to gain hands-on experience, expand their practice, and take a meaningful step toward a career in the arts. We’re especially interested in working with curators who want to showcase new and experimental ideas.
Experience - Past experience organizing exhibitions, working with artists, or producing cultural events is preferred. This can include grassroots or DIY projects. We're looking for a demonstrated interest in, and commitment to, the arts.
Career Stage - Emerging curators or cultural workers in the early stages of curatorial work, whether formally or informally.
Education - Formal education (a degree in art history, visual art, museum studies, or a related field) is a strong asset but is not required. Self-taught curators, community organizers, and those with nontraditional learning paths are also encouraged to apply.
Age - Open to applicants 18 years and older.
